ESTA has extensive experience working with Fish and Chip Shops and Fishmongers,
We can provide taught courses in Food Safety (level 2 and 3), HACCP (Level 1, 2 and 3) and Health and Safety (Level 1 and 2) at your premises. or local venue provided you have a minimum of 4 candidates.
We also have an online learning site with Food Safety, Health and Safety and Customer Service courses written specifically for Fish and Chip shops.
We also have experience of the Fish and Chip shop Quality Award and Fish and Chip Shop of the year competition. We can come and audit your premises to advise on any improvements that can be made in order to be successful in entering for these awards.
