ESTA has extensive experience working with Smokehouses, Oyster Processors, Crab processors and other Fish Processors and Mongers,
We can provide taught courses in Food Safety (level 2 and 3), HACCP (Level 1, 2 and 3) and Health and Safety (Level 1 and 2) at your premises. or local venue provided you have a minimum of 4 candidates.
We also have an online learning site with Food Safety courses written specifically for Crab processors and Shrimp Fishermen. We are also working on adding courses for Smokehouses and Oyster, and other Bi-Valve Processors
We can also come and help you at your site with development of Food Safety Management Systems, including HACCP. We can also carry out Food Safety and Health and Safety Audits to help identify issues where improvements can be made.
