ESTA -Training for Food Industry
SEAFOOD INDUSTRY TRAINING
As the Seafish Approved Training Provider (ATP) for the seafood industry within the Eastern region, our remit has two clear goals. Firstly, to organise effective training to raise quality and standards within the seafood industry (catching. mongering, frying and processing). Secondly, to actively work towards, the promotion of fish and the fish industry.
We can help access and deliver training courses for catchers, fishmongers, fish friers, fish processors, fish merchants and fish handlers. Our training solutions are also relevant to all those who are indirectly involved in the fish industry working for caterers, restaurants and hotels. We focus on the following areas of training: food hygiene, health and safety , HACCP, retail and processing, sea survival, emergency first aid, fire fighting prevention and control, navigation, stability, radio (Short Range Certificate) and engine courses
