Working with Local Authorities:

ESTA has been working with various Local Authorities on various projects in the last few years, these have included:

  1. Delivering Specialised Seminars and Providing Coaching for SFBB for Fish and Chip Shops(as sub contracted coach with CMi)
  2. Designing and delivering Food Safety courses for Shrimp Fishermen
  3. Providing expert advice and speaker for "Tips for Chips" campaign
  4. Delivering Level 2 Food Safety courses in conjunction with LA's
  5. Designing and delivering CPD event for Local Authority Enforcement Officers
  6. Designing and delivering HACCP course for Fish and Chip Shops.
  7. Designing and delivering (due in early March 2013) HACCP course for Crab Fishermen
